In order to qualify for the Gas or Grocery Voucher offer, you must be a new subscriber who has ordered Cox service through BuyCox.com. Qualifying purchases include a three-service bundle, if you have ordered through a cable service provider [Customers ordering services individually from a cable provider will not qualify for this offer.] All service must be ordered during the advertised promotional period. You must select the correct form and download it, make 2 copies; enclose 1 signed copy along with a copy of your first month’s bill, and mail it to the address on the form. All forms must be postmarked no later than 60 days after service activation. Those who qualify will receive vouchers for $25.00 worth of gas or grocery during months where a minimum of $100 of gas or grocery is purchased, and all additional program details are observed.
